Every paid plan includes a trial period before your card is charged. You can cancel any time during the trial with no charge.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or at our discretion for a genuine service issue. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
Upgrading to a higher plan applies immediately, prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period — no partial refund is issued for the difference.
