These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Handoff (the "Service"), operated by [legal entity name] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Handoff is a software platform that helps administrators manage a connected Microsoft 365 tenant through an AI-assisted interface. All changes to your Microsoft 365 tenant require explicit confirmation by an authorised user of your account before they are executed — the Service does not make changes autonomously.
You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you register. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on our Pricing page. Plan changes, cancellations, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, to attempt to circumvent the Service's confirmation/safety controls, or to access data you're not authorised to access.
Use of the Service requires connecting a Microsoft 365 tenant and granting specific, disclosed permissions via Microsoft's own consent flow. See our Privacy Policy for how data obtained through that connection is handled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email.
