These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Handoff software platform ("Service"). By creating an account or connecting a Microsoft 365 tenant, you agree to these Terms.
Handoff provides an assisted interface for executing pre-approved Microsoft 365 administrative workflows. All modifications require deliberate approval by an authorized administrator. Handoff never initiates autonomous changes.
You confirm that you possess the administrative authority to grant API consent on behalf of your organization. You remain responsible for all operations approved through your user accounts.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule as listed on our Pricing page. Upgrades and downgrades are managed through your organization's billing portal.
